Services tr8 is only available to individuals who meet the following requirements. Registering and using the platform automatically confirms that you meet all the criteria stated below.
You must be 18 years and above to register and use the tr8 platform. tr8 takes the protection of minors from wagering activities seriously. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all account balances will be forfeited without any compensation.
All members are required to complete the identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other officially recognised identification. tr8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at tr8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. tr8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated account information. Members are responsible for updating their personal details whenever changes occur.
All financial transactions on the platform tr8 are processed through secure, approved payment channels. tr8 applies bank-grade encryption to protect every deposit and withdrawal transaction made by members.
Tr8 accepts deposits via a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others). Minimum deposit is MYR 20 and maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method.
Deposits via FPX and digital wallets are typically credited to your tr8 account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction for follow-up.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the tr8 account holder. tr8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
Withdrawal requests that have met all requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours on business days. tr8 does not process withdrawals during scheduled system maintenance periods.
Tr8 fully complies with laws relating to anti-money laundering (AML). Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. tr8 reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold funds associated with illegal activity without prior notice.
Tr8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms, and the following terms apply generally to all bonus types on the tr8 platform.
All bonuses received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirements before any wins derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirements within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.
Every promotional bonus may only be claimed once only per account, per phone number, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through unauthorised means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of all accounts involved.

Tr8 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of technical disruptions, loss of internet connection, or device issues on the member's end. In the event of a technical disruption on tr8's server side, such cases will be reviewed individually and resolved at the discretion of tr8 management.
Tr8 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every member in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All information collected is used solely for platform operations and will not be shared with third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law.
Tr8 collects information necessary for platform operations, including full name, identification number, contact details, financial information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
All member data is stored on servers protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and additional security measures. Access to member data is restricted to authorised personnel only. tr8 conducts regular security audits to ensure data protection standards are maintained.

Tr8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for reasons set out in these terms. Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.
Tr8 reserves the right to close a member's account without prior notice if the member is found to have violated any terms stated in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or taken actions that compromise the security or reputation of the platform.
Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the tr8 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal to the member's registered bank account.
